Welcome to the 18coi platform. The terms and conditions ("Terms") set out in this document form a binding agreement between you and 18coi ("we", "our", "platform"). By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any service, you are accepting all the terms and conditions listed below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using 18coi.
18coi reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms. You are advised to check this page regularly.

Eligibility & Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
To register on the 18coi platform and use any service, you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. For the purpose of age verification, the platform may request identity documents or age-proof documents at any time.
Important: This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only. Parents and guardians are requested to stay vigilant to prevent minors from gaining access.
1.2 Registration Requirements
You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. One person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited, and in such cases all accounts may be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
1.3 Accuracy of Information
Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions. 18coi reserves the right to verify documents at any time and also reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.
Account Management
2.1 Security of Login Credentials
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with anyone else is prohibited. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
2.2 Account Suspension
18coi reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following cases:
- Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions
- Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity is found
- Abuse of bonuses or promotions is detected
- Account information is proven to be false
- For security or technical reasons
2.3 Closing an Account
If you wish to voluntarily close your account, contact our support team. Withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Bonus funds in a closed account will be cancelled.
Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
18coi currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits or withdrawals through any method other than those listed above are not accepted.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. No transaction below this limit will be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing time may take somewhat longer due to the verification process, system maintenance, or other technical reasons.
3.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Your identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal. It is advisable that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same. Bonus funds will not be withdrawable if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met. 18coi reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal requests for the purpose of fraud prevention.
3.5 Transaction Liability
18coi is not responsible for any loss caused by providing an incorrect account number or mobile number. Once a transaction is completed, it is generally not possible to reverse it, so you are requested to confirm all details before submitting.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — giving a total balance of ৳24,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), which applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
Keep in mind: The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus is given only once per account.
- After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period.
- Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; only winnings can be withdrawn after the wagering is fully completed.
- If evidence is found of bonuses being obtained by fraudulent means, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
- 18coi reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
Before placing any bet or playing any game on 18coi, you should read the relevant rules carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it is generally not possible to change or cancel it.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical system error, network outage, or any other technological problem, 18coi reserves the right to cancel that round or bet and return the deposited amount. Any incorrect result or winnings displayed due to a technical error may be cancelled.
5.3 Sports Betting
The markets available in the sports betting section vary depending on the type of event. Detailed terms relating to markets and odds can be found in the relevant section of the 18coi platform.
5.4 Casino Games
The casino games available on 18coi are operated by various game providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed in detail within the game. Game providers include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI.
VIP & Rewards Program
6.1 VIP Levels
18coi has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members can advance to higher levels through regular play.
6.2 Weekly Cashback
A weekly cashback benefit is available at each VIP level:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback

6.3 Program Changes
18coi reserves the right to change the terms, cashback rates, or level benefits of the VIP program at any time. In the event of changes, members will be notified as far in advance as possible.

7.1 Self-Control Tools
Members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits. To temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform (self-exclusion), contact our support team.
7.2 Warning
If you notice signs of problematic gambling, take a break immediately and seek professional help. You should not place more bets in an attempt to recover lost money.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 18coi and will be treated as serious violations of the terms and conditions:

- Strategic betting for the purpose of bonus hunting (bonus abuse)

- Attempting to intrude into or hack the platform's systems
- Using other members' accounts or stealing their information
- Using automated software, bots, or any other automation tools

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

Service Suspension and Termination

11.2 Permanent Closure
If 18coi needs to permanently shut down the service for business or legal reasons, members will be given sufficient time and opportunity to withdraw their remaining balance.

12.2 Final Decision
In any dispute regarding game results, bet calculations, or transactions, 18coi's server logs and database records shall be considered the final evidence. However, if there is acknowledged proof of a technical error, corrections will be made accordingly.
